The market for sustainable meat has exploded over the last few years and is only expected to grow as it's expected that meat production will be unsustainable by 2050, by expected rates of consumption. Australian startup Fënn Foods was created by Michelin-star trained chef Alejandro Cancino, from Brisbane restaurant Urbane.
