Be MY patient advocate
Increasingly complex medical treatments and pressure on hospital budgets mean case management suffers.  People can literally die in hospital waiting for the right treatment.  Medication errors are causing harm and death. Patients (particular older patients) need help to make good decisions about their treatment and to keep doctors and medical staff accountable.  They need medically qualified advocates, trained in health advocacy, whose loyalty is to them and not to the hospital.  Evidence points to improved health outcomes and less costs to the health budget. With an aging population and more single people this idea has come of age.

Solutions to Living Small
In today’s world, we are facing a shortage of housing and space. Research shows that these trends have significant implications for people’s personal and collective wellbeing. The level of people’s expectations of how much living space they find adequate is not innate. Instead, they are informed by the space they are used to and the space of those around them. On a societal level, meanwhile, spatial inequality is both a product of, and further compounds, socioeconomic disadvantage. We need to tackle the growing inequality of living space through progressive taxation of housing wealth or by building more social housing,https://theconversation.com/amp/how-tiny-living-spaces-affect-our-wellbeing-individually

Fish Can Work Day and Night
Even fish can work.  The amazing acts like eating and producing waste that fish do, is the perfect fertilizer for growing plants.  Aquaponics is just like a natural ecosystem. Aquaponics represents the relationship between water, aquatic life, bacteria, nutrient dynamics, and plants which grow together in  places like waterways  throughout the  world.  Exchanging the waste by-product from the fish as a food for the bacteria, to be converted into a perfect fertilizer for the plants, and then  to return the water in a clean and safe form to the fish is how these systems work creating tremendous yields.
