Calling out workplace abuse, and surviving - we can help with that...
Workplace Bullying, Sexual Harassment, and Whistleblower retaliation are unlawful in Australia. These abuses cost the Australian economy more than $50 billion dollars every year, in lost productivity alone. Abuses also harm people, families, and organisations. The social costs are incalculable, in terms of health care, premature retirement, social support, compensation, and services.  Relevant and timely knowledge, properly used, can defeat workplace abuse. A Pay It Forward Wall
All coffee shops should consider this idea. I forgot my purse and the cashier said I could use one of the slips on this wall. Many of the slips are for local hospital staff and I chose a more general one. Of course I posted one the next day with the amount I had taken however there was no obligation to do that. This is a simple, clever way to recognise people in need, including someone who is just forgetful!

SmartOysters app to transform the $235bn aquaculture industry
Farming is difficult … and farming under water even more so! This helps to explain why the oyster industry has remained stagnant for nearly 40 years as mitigating factors of tides, barnacles, weather, and disease, have turned oyster farming into an alchemy difficult to teach, and even more difficult to scale. Now an oyster farmer with 15 years’ experience under his waders, Ewan McAsh, has launched SmartOysters, an app-based platform for oyster farmers to streamline their own unique aquaculture practice and scale production to unprecedented levels, lower the price of oysters to consumers and maximise export capabilities.   https://smartoysters.com/
