Leaf Sensor technology has been developed by AgriHouse and University of Colorado that allows plants to communicate with humans about their water needs. This innovative new agriculture technology will save water and energy resources for farmers. The leaf sensor technology is funded and sponsored by the NASA and the National Science Foundation (NSF).
British start-up Storegga is developing one of the world’s first projects to hoover carbon dioxide directly from the air, before pumping it out to sea and burying it forever.Storegga’s plan starts with its Acorn project at St Fergus, which will offer traditional carbon capture and storage for big industrial players plus a hydrogen generation plant.
