A Personal TV Platform
TV streaming is in its golden age as the plethora of content overtakes movies through on-demand services. Mostly administrated through over-the-top services, viewers are ever-personalising their content, and now an Israeli startup enhances that experience even further. Texel.live is exporting their technology to Australia through partnering with OTT providers for sports events, music concerts, reality TV, &c. that can allow users to tune in together. Imagine watching the One-day cricket like you're on a Zoom call, without lag, celebrating the Mitchell Starc wicket. The best startups do things unimaginable, and when it's mainstream, you wonder why it wasn't around beforehand.

Creative teaching
A clever creative teaching graphic adaptation of Yuval Noah Harari's bestseller. Easy to understand with full-colour illustrations. We learn about who we are, and how we got to be us. One hundred thousand years ago, at least six different species of humans inhabited Earth. Yet today there is only one-homo sapiens. What happened to the others? And what may happen to us? In this first volume Yuval Harari tells the story of humankind's creation and evolution, exploring the ways in which biology and history have defined us and our understanding of what it means to be "human". https://www.ynharari.com/book/graphicnovelsapiens/

Do Our Genes Restrict Free Will?
Research has shown genes may predispose not only our height, eye colour, or weight, but also our vulnerability to mental ill-health, longevity, intelligence, and impulsivity. Such traits are, to varying degrees, written into our genes—sometimes thousands of genes working in concert.Perhaps, we could think of ourselves as not being restricted by our genes. Acknowledging the biology that influences our individuality may then empower us to better pool our strengths and harness our collective cognitive capacity to shape the world for the better.https://singularityhub.com/2020/11/29/how-much-do-our-genes-restrict-free-will

A Banana Safe Word To Help With Autistic Mental Processing
One autistic worker needed more mental processing time for instructions or approaches. Her team came up with a safe word. "If we want someone to give us space, in our team we say 'banana', and if we're in a client-facing space where that won't be appropriate, we turn our phones over on the table."Read the full case study here: https://www.neurodiversitymedia.com/managing-autistic-employees-synergy-group-australia
